This is not the first beer I have ever commented on, in truth, you might even call me a beer snob. I don't care, drink your Natural Light and Budweisers all you want, hell, I used to. But that was befor I knew why someone would lay a 5 dollar bill on the counter for a 12 oz bottle of real beer. FIVE DOLLARS! you say. Think about it, that's the cost of a drink at a bar and you don't see people jumping on the tables over it? So, I choose to drink "other" beers. Beers an amazing number of beer drinkers have never heard of.
In an attempt to express my love for good beer I decided to add this topic to my blogging which has grown in interest to me. So lets get down to business. I lied when i said I was a beer snob, I really don't know the special language beer snobs use and when in the presence of them (which happens when you drink good beer) I just nod my head and smile. What follows is opinion and in that, the use of my own terminology. If I find there is some common descriptions I might put it in a dictionary but i doubt it, just read and I will do my best.
So what follows, is my opinion, I don't mind you disagreeing but what good will that do, i will still think the same way I did before you disagreed. Instead, add to what i say and if you have not actually tasted the beers I preview, you can't say if you like it, just like my kids (who now have a broad palate for diffrent foods. I hope you enjoy!
